MOR Solutions Limited – Supplier of software to Swimming Lesson Providers has just celebrated supplying its 50th solution to the industry.
This fledgling company is making quite a stir by providing lesson operators with tools which reduce the time spent on administration dramatically, whilst maximising retention and professionalism, thus enabling operators to over come some industry wide issues and deliver a premium service to their clients.
MOR’s Director Richard Morrish says: 'It’s not unusual for companies to reduce the amount of time spent on administration by 30% or 40% and see a substantial growth in both school numbers and the associated revenue.’
Morrish continues: 'most companies don’t realise they can make a difference to their operation in under an hour with only a modest investment… for example we only charge 75 pence per student taught per annum for our reporting tool - Reports Online, so getting a return on investment is easy.'
Apart from reducing administration time MOR’s solutions address the often overlooked area of communicating with clients, it creates everything you need from welcome letters onwards, to keeping clients abreast of their progress. Each and every document is personalised to add a professional touch. Back in 2007 Jonathan Wake’s team at the Kingsmead Leisure Centre (Canterbury) was one of the first centres to install ‘SwimSoft’ MOR Solution first software package.
“We were looking for a system to reduce administration' say’s Mel one of the centres key administrators. 'SwimSoft’s potential exceeded our expectations, we could see that it had been built with administrators in mind, for us managing classes was very quick and simple compared with our existing system, and as an added bonus we could record the clients’ progress too. Once SwimSoft was installed we were able to centralise all our information, streamline processes and enhance our systems. For example we use SwimSoft to automatically create documents such as invoices, these invoices have a tear off payment slip on the bottom, so now clients don’t have to queue to re enrol anymore, they just post us their payment or hand them in as they pass through reception. This has virtually eliminated queues at reception. Customers appreciate not having to queue for hours and we can process payments at a time convenient to us too.'
“SwimSoft concept of working with families ensures that 99% of the time we can enable siblings swim at the same time and if a client does need to move to a different day or time we can see the spaces available and move them in seconds.
“To top things off the system produces detailed registers, containing data that was never previously available such, as how many times a client has been swimming at a given level; what awards they have achieved and advises teachers of any medical issues, this is along with their general progress to date, meaning we know how any given client is progressing, and can talk knowledgably with clients.
“The net result of all the changes is that customer service is second to none, I’ve been so please with the system that I have recommended it to a few other centres.”
