Payment
For account customers, terms are 14 days from date of invoice. Otherwise payment is due with your order.
Order Form
You will see from our simplified order form that you now list your order for Awards by the corresponding reference numbers. These are clearly listed alongside the individual Awards in this catalogue. The price for each award consisting of a badge and certificate is £1.45.
However, we recognise that the provision of ASA Awards to your swimmers does result in considerable time and administrative expense. Research suggests that the total cost of provision of an ASA Award is £1.90. With the purchase price of each award set at £1.45, resale at £1.90 allows centres and schools to recoup administrative expenses.
It must be stressed that this resale price, which is acceptable to the ASA, is entirely at the discretion of the School or Centre. Proceeds from the resale of Awards may also be used to subsidise the cost of pool hire, Teachers fees and/or swimming equipment. The ASA strongly recommends that the total cost of providing an ASA Award is included in the price of a series of lessons.

Delivery
Subject to stock availability we guarantee to despatch all orders by the end of the next day following receipt of order. Delivery, in most cases via courier, will then take place within a further 24 hours. We can even trace your order with courier in the unlikely event of a problem.
As further reassurance, we have held the coveted quality certification BS5750 (BS EN ISO 9002:2004) since May 1994.
RETURNS
Your Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it unused and in saleable condition within 14 days and we will replace it, or if you prefer, refund your purchase price in full. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns/Queries
When returning goods please obtain your 'returns reference number'. Please ensure packaging is suitable and secure and address to the Returns Department at the address below, your parcel must be received within 1 month following your first contact with the office. ASA Awards Safe Shopping Guarantee
None of our customers has reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. We are so confident about the transaction security we offer on our site that we back every purchase with a security guarantee.
Our secure server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number, name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00.
If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, ASA Awards will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at ASA Awards while using the secure server.
A Few Important Notes:
- This guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using ASA Awards secure server.
- This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00.
- In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Payment Options
We accept Visa/Delta, MasterCard/Eurocard, Switch/Solo and cheques or postal orders denominated in Pounds Sterling as payment for orders.
There are two alternative ways you can order from us without having to enter your complete credit or debit card number on the Web:
Paying by cheque or money order
You can select 'Pay by Cheque' on the order form and send us a personal cheque or postal order in Pounds Sterling for the amount of your order. PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to accept postal orders denominated in Pounds Sterling or cheques denominated in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Paying by cheque does slow down your order somewhat as we do not order your items until your cheque is received and we do not send the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the UK, paying by personal cheque typically delays your order by about 7 to 10 days.
We do not currently sell or rent our list of customers to anyone.
