Synchronised Swimming Awards
Synchronised swimming requires probably the greatest range of controlled skills of all the four aquatic disciplines and is best introduced at an early age, alongside the development of general water skills.
The recreational grade awards have been designed to complement and teach swimmers of all ages and standards the skills required to help them on the pathway to excellence in synchronised swimming.
