Swimfit, powered by British Gas, is an online club which provides you with a gym-style programme for the pool. The website is available at www.swimfit.com and is completely free of charge to use. The site provides information and sessions to motivate swimmers and help to structure their pool time. All ability levels are catered for, from recreational to competitive. The site also allows swimmers to log all the swimming that they do and work towards distance goals.

To complement the website a poolside unit can be purchased by leisure providers. This attractive board is designed to house the session cards, which will be emailed free of charge, to allow visitors to the pool to utilise the sessions available. This will motivate both new and regular swimmers by giving more structure to their time in the pool. The product can be used as a tool to retain membership as well as increase participation.
